Praise God; Jesus is the most important figure in all of human history. He is God in flesh (; ), physically risen from the dead, Lord (; ) and Savior (). He came to die for sinners () to deliver people from the righteous wrath of God upon us.
Are you a sinner?
I ask you, are you a sinner? Have you ever lied, stolen, lusted, coveted, or been angry with someone unjustly? If so, then you have broken the Law of God. God has said "You shall not steal; You shall not lie; You shall have no other gods before Me; You shall not murder, etc.," () He has given the standard of righteousness, and if you have broken any of God's commandments then you have fallen short of that standard and are under the inevitable judgment of God. When you die, you will face Him and on the Day of Judgment He will punish all sinners.

The Situation
 Israel had just defeated Amalek by the hand of God – Joshua had battled while Moses held his hands high in supplication to the Lord (Ex 17:8-13). After this Jethro, Moses’ father-in-law came with the man of God’s sons and his wife and met him where he was camped in the wilderness at the foot of the mountain of God (Ex 18:5). Moses bowed down before his father-in-law and kissed him and according to custom, they enquired of each other’s welfare before they entered the tent (Ex 18:7).
It was in that tent that Moses related to his father-in-law all that the Lord had done: The plagues of Egypt – The defeat Pharaoh for Israel’s sake and God’s deliverance from the hardships of the wilderness – this caused Jethro to rejoice for the Lord’s goodness – this was Jethro’s response…

 I have almost died on several occasions. I’d like to blame these near-death experiences on others, but I suppose they might have something to do with me. Let me explain…
Anyone who has driven for a length of time in Atlanta can testify to the horrors of its traffic situation. I’m sure other cities can make the claim of worst traffic in America, but I can’t imagine anyplace worse than Atlanta. To complicate the problem, I wouldn’t describe myself as a particularly patient person. In fact, my wife might describe me as downright impatient—and she would probably be right.
When in traffic, I’ve always subscribed to the bob-and-weave philosophy. If rampant lane changing can save me a car length or two, then I’ll switch lanes like Liz Taylor switches husbands.
Unfortunately, there have been a few instances when I’ve not been diligent in checking my blind spot when shifting lanes. And, let me tell you, nothing jolts a person like the angry honking of a car horn only a few inches to his left or right! Thankfully, I’ve been able to survive without crashing or receiving anything worse than a friendly wave of the middle finger from a fellow driver. Since my blind spot has nearly caused my demise several times, I now pay extra attention to it. I double and triple confirm no cars are there before I merge into another lane.
Blind spots can wreck a leader’s journey. In this edition of LW, I would like illustrate one of the most common blind spots I have observed in leaders. Next edition, I’ll explore a second customary blind spot faced by leaders, and in each lesson, I’ll give you advice for avoiding the dangers of the blind spot.

How to overcome obstacles and make progres in your life?
 What is the meaning of progress? Many Christians do not recognize what this mean for their walk or their lives together with Christ (Ephesians 3 :16-19).
- They don’t even understand that if they are in Christ Jesus it will influence the progress and changes in their every day life.
- They forget that they are victorious in anything that will across their way to heaven.
- They do not remember what the Lord said in John 16: 33 that “I have told you these things so that in me you may have peace, in this world you will have trouble; but take heart, I have overcome the world”.
The devil, through our flesh, is the obstacle in the Christian life.
